Webメール

Outlookなどの専用メールソフトをつかわずに、InternetExplorerなどのWebブラウザを使用して電子メールの送受信を行うことを言います。

Webメールの長所としては、インターネットさえつながっている環境であれば、自分のパソコンでなくてもメールの確認や送信ができることです。

Yahooなどが行っている無料で電子メールアドレスを取得できるサービスもあり、一般的に「フリーメール」ともいわれています。
